San Juan Del Sur Modern Apartment. Close to town and beach
Modern Studio 1 bedroom apartment in La Talanguera neighborhood of San Juan del Sur. 12B is on the top floor of the 3 story building. 2 minutes from the beach, with everything you need for an amazing time in San Juan del Sur. As Peter called it “Vitamin 12B”.
When booking please include names and ages of all people who will be staying in our suite. Thank you. *** Please read "other details" regarding power usage and cost.***

The space
We chose this space because it is a 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 7 minute walk from town. When we first visited SJDS we stayed in town, but the music from the all night open discos kept us up awake all night. This was the perfect location for us.
