The house was nice BUT it is advertised as a 4 bedroom (reason I booked) but when we arrived it is only 3 bedrooms so one of our children slept on the couch. the ad states that the rooms will have 3x queen beds and one single but nope you get 2 doubles and a single. The couch is so low to the floor and hard to get out of if you are older and have back issues. Ad also states that you will get the whole house, but when you read the welcome pack, it states that the downstairs can be rented out also so park to one side of the driveway and be mindful of noise. Now we have an Autistic child who can be a little loud sometimes so thought the house would be perfect as we wouldn't disturb anyone else.

Hi De Arne Thank you for the feedback and we are terribly sorry you had a bad experience. We were unaware of the incorrect listing of beds and bedrooms, and we have now corrected the site details. our sincere apologies. We have also updated the house manual and removed the details regarding a second unit and made it clear the property is let as a single whole house occupancy. Once again thank you for bringing these things to our attention and please accept our apologies.
