We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.
Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.
Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.
We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on.
The cost is $60+tax/day. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100+tax/day.
If pool heating is selected, the heater will be turned on prior to your arrival.
*Guest is expected to sign a rental agreement for this property.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
-Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check-out time is 10 am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
