Pet friendly. Located on the 2nd floor with elevators. Gated, permitted parking with controlled-access exterior doors. Includes all utilities, furnishings, housewares, electronics, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom condo! The space was spotless, the location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is in a great location with easy access to downtown St. Petersburg, waterfront attractions and the local healthcare systems. The condo is conveniently located next to a Publix grocery store. I did not give it 5 Stars because the condo is too basic. No desk for your computer work, no hairdryer, bring your own personal shampoo, etc, as the amount provided is for about 2 days. Complicated instructions to find the key, which is difficult to reach in the garage if you're petite. The unit is clean, the hallway carpet is not clean. It has the basics but is lacking in comfort. The washer / dryer is a plus, but it is difficult to get comfortable as the furnishings lack coziness and comfort. A hotel is better.

We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing accurately reflects what is included with the apartment. A desk and office chair are not advertised in either the listing description or photos, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Likewise, the apartment is equipped with the cooking and dining essentials described in the listing, and we do not advertise amenities that are not provided. Regarding check-in, our instructions are designed to comply with the building's security requirements while allowing guests to check in safely and independently at any hour. While there are several steps, they help ensure the security of both our guests and the community. We would also note that the hallway carpet is part of the building's common areas and is maintained by the condominium association rather than our team. Unfortunately, that is outside of our control. We strive to present our property accurately so guests can decide whether it is the right fit for their stay. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best.
