Enjoy the ocean view and watching your family on the beach from the large oceanfront porch of this 3-bedroom apartment. Located at 6th St., close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions, as well as a short walk to the festival area, this 2nd-floor, walk-up apartment has accommodations for 6. This is an older building, but the condo is kept in great condition—it’s one of the few that still reminds you of what OC used to be about. Family fun and lots of memories to make here! The condo has a kitchen, 4 smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and 4 window A/C units. No Washer or Dryer in unit. The occupancy is 6, there is parking for 2 cars, and the property does not allow smoking or pets. Please note—sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The good:View from the balcony was great! Having morning coffee while taking in the ocean view and sounds was a very nice way to wake up and get motivated to start your day. In the evening, it was a great people watching spot. Seeing all the activity on the boardwalk was great.The location was also very good. Having plenty of stores, restaurants, and ample beach access was perfect. The walk to the pier wasn't very long, even the kids didn't complain. It was also a good starting point for morning bike rides on the boardwalk.The BAD:Unfortunately, the place was a mess when we arrived. Cleaning had not been done. Overflowing trash was our welcoming sight. In addition to the trash in the kitchen, there were also dirty dishes in the sink, counters had crumbs and ants, kitchen table was equally dirty and the "kitchen sofa" looked like some kids were attempting to build a fort.The bedroom and bathroom situation was equally disappointing. Full trash in the bathrooms and the showers were dirty. The beds were in shambles with one mattress cover having food crumbs and stains all over it.Since it was after-hours, we left a voicemail with the property management company and spent the better part of an hour cleaning. Eventually the cleaning crew did show up, while we were on the boardwalk.
