I would first like to say that this condo was very clean and spacious. We did have issues with the door not locking. Made some warm sandwiches for the family to take to the beach but could not leave because the door would not lock. The door would not lock for my brother in law earlier that morning. Sarah did come by and greased the lock. But then my husband had to come back to the condo later and the door outside was stuck and he could not get out to Come back to the beach without cutting through the pool area to the other gate. So when we got back from the beach we could not get into the gated area because the door was stuck. So we had to pull our wagons and everything we had at the beach through the pool area to get to our place.

We always aim to be as helpful as possible, which is why I made sure to head over that same afternoon to grease the lock and provide an alternative key to keep your stay moving forward. Please note that the exterior complex gate is maintained by the community's property management team, and I have already reported the issue to them so it can be fully resolved.
