Digital lock did not work, called host where they directed us to a physical key. Beds were not comfortable (hard) amenities were minimal. No hair dryer, few toiletries, cheap furniture.

Thanks for your comments Mark and my apologies for not letting you know the importance of the # key for the digital lock. We will put a hairdryer and more toiletries in the property. What other amenities do you suggest? The property is newly renovated and furniture and beds were not cheap so disappointing that they have appeared that way. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed your Queenstown holiday.
