TORU EXECUTIVE APARTMENT SUMMARY:
Relax and enjoy this brand-new city style apartment conveniently nestled at the foot of The Remarkables mountain range and just a few minutes from the Airport.
This apartment is designed for convenience and ease and is ideally suited for professionals or couples.

LOCATION:
Toru Executive Apartment is a 2-minute walk or 200 metres from the Remarkables shopping park which including shops, retail, fitness centre, restaurants, cycle/bike hire; be at world class restaurants and shop up a storm within minutes of leaving the apartment. It is all about the location, where you are literally in the heart of Frankton providing access to all the main arteries of Queenstown and surrounding areas.

KITCHEN AND LIVING:
Enter the front door and step into the compact open plan living and dining area. To the left you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, oven and dishwasher; if you need a break from all the culinary delights there are plenty of eateries nearby or take the public transport into the Queenstown CBD for some sightseeing or plan a special night out and book an Uber for your return.
The Toru Executive Apartment is an ideal location base whatever the season or pursuit – work, relaxation, skiing, activity, adventure – all in the heart of Frankton. Goodstays also manages other apartments at the Toru should you wish to travel with friends or colleagues but require separate accommodation.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

The property was in a good location and clean and tidy, however there were problems from the moment we arrived. We were sent incorrect check in information and had to call the property manager - and again to check out! The shower was broken, there was no hand soap provided and only a single roll of toilet paper. For what we paid we expected much more - certainly didn’t anticipate having to go and buy basic toiletries. The sheets were clean but extremely rough on the skin - not comfortable at all. The wife code was incorrect and again we had to contact the property manager. Overall we feel it was not worth what we paid to stay and ultimately would not go back.

Bare Bones But Sufficient
The property manager was very efficient, but when we got there, there was only enough toilet paper and laundry soap supply for the amount of time we were there- no extras. There was salt but no pepper or any other spice available. Everything seemed on the cheap side- no extra blankets, no comfortable throw pillows- only the bare bones.
