This stunning one bedroom apartment is located close to Queenstown and positioned right beside Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.

Off-road parking is available and inside the apartment you will find a open plan lounge and kitchen area.

The bedroom has stunning views with sliding doors which allows you to soak up the summer sun or take in the amazing views.

The lounge area has a comfy pull out double sofa bed - please request on your booking if you wish to use this.

The apartment is completed with a fully equipped bathroom and laundry that includes a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could expect ensuring you can make yourself at home.

A large Smart TV with Netflix provided and free wireless internet.

Bedroom has 1x Queen bed.

Check- in time is 2pm onwards and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.

A great apartment with a fabulous view

We really enjoyed the location and the view! It was a lovely 3 mile walk along the way each way to downtown Queenstown- - fabulous views of the remarkables! Short walk to Altitude Brewing too! :)

nice location

we were disappointed with the parking arrangements, need to take suitcases down steep driveway and stairs. Would not have rented there given the parking issue. We should have been informed of unusual parking situation. however, property mgr was great, very helpful and would rate her very highly

Fantastic property with amazing views

Fantastic property with amazing views. The location was perfect with central Queenstown and the surrounding areas easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Queenstown, it was just as the pictures show.

The apartment is actually part of a larger house but locked off. It is underneath the house which was fine until a family moved in that made a lot of noise. Luckily that was only for one night. The heating control seemed to only be on one temperature which was very hot! Otherwise a wonderful location with excellent facilities. Steep access only suitable for able bodied people. Possibly more towels and linen available would have been nice.

The house is new, modern, clean and beautiful styled. It has everything you could possibly need and in a great location. The one and only issue we had was with access, the driveway is steep and just rubble at the moment and you have to park the car at the top of the hill. The walk down to the house from there was dangerous - it rained one day and we slipped and almost fell so many times. It also made carrying any luggage an absolute nightmare.
