About this property

House with a garden - 4 people - St. Quay Portrieux

Charming house, of about 60m2, located in the peaceful area of Kertugal, 800 m from the customs path (GR34) and 1200 m from the casino beach.
An excellent pizzeria and supermarket are less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
At your disposal, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol allow you to enjoy the enclosed garden (south-east facing in front of the house) from breakfast until the end of the day.
Possibility to also take advantage of the land behind the house (under development) to enjoy more of the sun in the early evening.
Ideally located, Saint-Quay-Portrieux is by the sea on the Goëlo coast, 10 km from Binic, 20 km from St Brieuc and Paimpol, 1 hour from the Pink Granite Coast.
A pier also allows you to go to the island of Bréhat.
Ground floor:

Très bon séjour

La location de Marie-laure et Eric est très bien située. Au calme mais possibilité de rejoindre commerces restaurants centre ville à pied. Tout comme accès proche au GR34. La location est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Le secteur est très agréable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à vous deux.

Ravis d avoir loué cette jolie maison

Encore merci maison agréable tout est a disposition rien ne manque les propriétaires on vraiment pensé à tt pour le confort de leur locataire.le coin est calme et reposant commerce a proximité et jolie ballade au allantour.

tout confort et douceur de vivre

maison située au calme et en même temps à proximité de tout.. parking à la porte de la location dans cour privée.. intérieur chaleureux et tout cosy, équipements au top, tout le super bon confort tranquille et familial.. super séjour, nous avons adoré.. avec aussi un voisinage sympathique et de très belles balades découvertes..

Bonne location

Bien située, bien équipée, un petit inconvénient, les housses de matelas et d'oreiller n'étaient pas nettes, nous avons du les laver. Heureusement des housses jetables sont à disposition. Mais je conseille cette location près de la mer et des chemins côtiers si agréables.

Belle maison confortable et décorée avec soin située dans un quartier calme et agréable de Saint-Quay. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !
