Where the beach meets the bush is an incredibly spacious 4x bedroom modern ranch style home making it the perfect location for your next family beachside holiday.

With the sounds of the bush across the road and only a short walk to the beach we have the ideal location for you to unwind and soak up our beautiful coastal charm.

On entrance to the property you’ll find the master bedroom with King bed and beautiful ensuite and walk in robe. From here as a buffer from the main living area is a gorgeous sitting area to soak up the morning sun with a cuppa and watch the birds.

Walk through into the open plan living area with beautiful high ceilings making it feel incredibly spacious. Here is your entertaining hub of the house with lounge, dining and gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with anything you’ll need to cook up a storm.
If you prefer you can BBQ and dine alfresco on the back patio whilst enjoying a spa under the stars.

Towards the back of the house you’ll find a second lounge room, perfect for a kids hang out and chill area. Down here is also 3x bedrooms, all with queen beds and the second bathroom and toilet.

All bedrooms and living areas have split system air conditioning so you’ll be comfortable all year round.

Please feel welcome to bring your dog with you as the back yard is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Where the beach meets the bush is located just a short walk of drive to the main swimming beach. The main swimming beach has a natural sand boat ramp, pirate ship playground for the kids and BBQ are a with seating for a sunset dinner. The main swimming beach is surrounded by a lively natural reef providing a calm protected area for swimming, snorkelling or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access the natural boat ramp.
We do have 4WD access on our beaches here still. The south access track is just south of the Binningup Fishing Club at the main beach carpark, or you can head north at the access and the end of Westcoast Drive.
The Binningup General Store can supply you with groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, some fishing gear and bait, air compressor and takeaway food.
If you're looking for a meal out the Fishing Club and Country Club are open for meals Friday nights, or the Binnigup Beach Cafe (located at the Binningup Beach Caravan Park) is open most days and weekends for coffee and meals.
If you can't find what you need in town, Australind, Treendale, Eaton and Bunbury are only 15-30 minutes away.
