Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom with a king bed and private balcony overlooking the lake.
Second bedroom with two double beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.

The Space:
Open-concept living and dining area with large windows facing the view, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, fast WiFi, in-suite laundry, and air conditioning.

Located in a quiet mountainside setting overlooking Sicamous, just minutes to marinas, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy boating, hiking, and golf in summer, and snowmobiling and skiing in winter.

Important to Note:
The property is located on a mountainside with a steep driveway. All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4x4 is strongly recommended in the winter months.

A starter supply of essentials is provided, including coffee K-Cups, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We were a family of six—including grandparents, my husband and me, and our two kids (ages 3 and 7)—and the space worked very well for all of us. The view was absolutely spectacular and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We also appreciated having restaurants and a convenience store nearby, which made everything easy and convenient for our family. During our visit, the bridge leading to the property was under construction, so it took us a little extra time to find the public beach. Once we figured it out, it was no problem. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

Samantha was excellent to deal with. Her responses were always prompt and helpful.Beautiful setting, private with spectacular views of the Shuswap lake and surroundings. I would have rated 5 stars but some factors beyond the owner’s control were the inconvenience of the bridge construction, although Samantha shared that with us at the time of booking, and access to the bike trail is awkward as you need to transport the bikes via your car due to the long steep road up. Although once on the trail along the Mara channel and Mara Lake you are treated to a gorgeous ride, plus there is a short ferry ride available to take your bike across the channel to tour Sicamous. Of course if you’re not planning to cycle the trail it wouldn’t be an issue…just enjoy the quiet and the spectacular Shuswap scenery! The propane bbq and fire box were both a plus. We’d love to go back.
