Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in an elevated pocket of Normanville, this stunning two-storey home combines generous living zones, modern finishes and spectacular views across the Fleurieu coastline.

The space

Designed for large families or two families holidaying together, this beautifully finished home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Upstairs is the heart of the home. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and opens onto a huge entertaining balcony with sweeping ocean and countryside views. Expansive sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor flow, making it perfect for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings with family and friends.

The upper level also features a private master suite with ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat away from the main living zones.

Downstairs offers an ideal layout for children or a second family, with two queen bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room, a rumpus room with TV and a full bathroom.

Good to know

Linen & Bedding

To give guests flexibility and help keep costs fair, linen or towels are not included as standard.

This means guests will need to bring their own:

- Sheets
- Pillowcases
- Doona (quilt) covers
- Towels

All beds are provided with pillows, doonas (quilts) and mattress protectors.

If you’d prefer to travel light, we can arrange linen hire at:

$35 per queen bed
$30 per single bed

Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, doona covers and towels.

This home is located in a peaceful residential setting and is designed for relaxed family holidays. It is not suitable for parties, events or excessive noise. Quiet hours apply after 10.00pm to respect neighbouring homes.

While we love hosting families, please note the home is not suitable for infants or very young children due to an internal staircase without a safety gate.
