Welcome to our newly renovated, bright, clean, and spacious 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom unit which is available for full-unit rental.
All beds are queen size. We have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully functioning stove and oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, iron + ironing board, seasonings, snacks, toaster oven and hair dryers provided for your convenience.
Location: The house is conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive away from Vancouver International Airport, a 20 minute drive to Downtown Vancouver, and a quick 15 minute drive to UBC.
Transit: We are located less than a minute away from the 17 bus route, which brings you directly to Downtown Vancouver. You can also take a short bus ride to the Marine Drive Skytrain Station, which runs on the Canada Line, connecting the Airport to Downtown Vancouver.
Parking: We have a detached garage that you can park in, but there is plenty of free street parking on the street next to us if you have additional vehicles.
Additional notes: This is the upper unit of a house, and the lower unit is currently rented out to tenants. They have no access to the unit, and there are no shared spaces. There are stairs required to access the unit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, but what really stood out was how incredibly accommodating Victoria was. Her hospitality and flexibility made our trip to Vancity stress-free and truly special. The home felt so welcoming, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be recommending this spot to all our family and friends visiting Vancouver. 5 stars all the way!
It was nice the rooms were clean the only thing was some of the windows and trim looked a bit dirty. The kitchen could have a few more utensils and hot pads but overall it was very nice. Park nearby for children to play in.

The exterior of the property, especially the backyard, could use some updating and was somewhat dirty.
