The Space:

As you step into this modern fourth-floor apartment, you’re welcomed by a an open-plan living space designed for comfort and relaxed coastal living. Large sliding doors lead to a spacious balcony where outdoor seating creates the perfect place to enjoy views of the Maroochy River while soaking up the Sunshine Coast sunshine.



Inside, the living area features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and ducted air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. The living space flows seamlessly into the dining area for four and the fully equipped modern kitchen, making it ideal for relaxed meals and easy holiday living. The contemporary kitchen includes everything needed for cooking away from home, featuring a electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and plenty of storage space. Whether preparing a casual breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner on the balcony, the space is designed to make your stay effortless.



Guests staying within the Avalon complex enjoy access to premium resort-style amenities including a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fully equipped gym, pontoon, and shared entertaining areas. The apartment comfortably accommodates four guests across two bedrooms:

The closest bus stop is Duporth Ave at Picnic Point, Maroochydore, just 400m away and approximately a 7 minute walk, offering services in all directions across the Sunshine Coast.

This apartment is located in a residential complex with neighbours nearby. Quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast begin after 9pm. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
