About this property

Close to the beach at the foot of the most beautiful coastal road, the Chapmanspeak

The house is a 2 minute walk to the dunes and another 8 minutes through dunes and across the beach to the sea. About 25 minutes by car from Cape Town. The whole house is rented for 6 - 8 people. You can also rent only part of the house for up to 4 people on request. Price on request.
It has 300 square meters of living space and a large garden with pool, as well as 150 m2 of balconies and terraces, trampoline and table tennis. Paradise for riders and surfers. If you want, you can walk from the front door to the beach, or go hiking in the mountains and explore Chapmanspeak or Silvermine.
