The home features multiple areas designed for gathering and relaxing. The main dining area seats 10, at the center of the home with additional dining space nearby in the kitchen for everyday meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, modern appliances and wine/beverage fridge. Off the kitchen you'll find a large washer and dryer for maximum convenience. A separate family room provides a comfortable place to unwind with a large sectional and tv, while the open layout allows for easy flow between spaces.

The property features a large Florida oak tree located by the pool in the backyard, a rare and beautiful part of the home's natural setting. Oaks shed year-round, with heavier shedding in March and April. You should expect to see some leaves around the outdoor areas during your stay. The property is blown prior to each check-in, and the pool is professionally maintained on a regular basis.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

– If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on
– Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
– An accurate guest count must be provided.
– No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
– No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Pets are NOT allowed

Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.
