We live on the property and appreciate the peaceful, outdoor lifestyle it offers. The grounds are home to a variety of wildlife, including a family of fox kits, as well as frequent sightings of eagles and osprey along the river. We created the bunkhouse to give guests a simple, comfortable place to enjoy the same setting. We’re nearby if needed, but otherwise give guests their space.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location for its unique setting on a tidal, brackish river and the abundance of wildlife it attracts. The property regularly sees otters, foxes, and a wide variety of birds—from small songbirds to eagles, osprey, and migratory species. It’s a place where you can fish, explore the water, and enjoy a quiet, natural environment.

What makes this property unique

This property stands out for its peaceful, waterfront setting and the sense of privacy it offers. Guests can relax by the river or in the waterfront gazebo with minimal interruption, while still being just minutes from town, shopping, and nearby attractions. It’s a balance of convenience and a true outdoor escape.
