Our stay was great! The condo is beautiful and renovated. The view was absolutely amazing! When arriving the unit was clean and welcoming. The condo had a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster and blender that were very nice to have. There were plenty of plates, cups, cereal bowls etc. The ice maker was the best appliance there!!Somethings we noticed during our stay: when arriving and trying to get to the balcony using the main sliding door it was near impossible. We message the host and maintenance came up right away. We were told that they are waiting for a replacement. The door was a bummer as it was hard to get to the balcony without going through the master bedroom. When using the guest bathroom shower the water would come out orange for the first few seconds and then run clean. The balcony tiles are cracked with some of the pieces being sharp. Lastly, on our last day before our scheduled checkout time we had the cleaning company trying to get it. No knock just typed in the code and tried to get in. Luckily we had the chain lock on or they would’ve walked right in. Overall, I would return to this property! The pools are amazing, great appliances, beautiful view and fairly clean.

The unit was very modern and beautifully furnished. The view is AMAZING! Unit had any and everything needed to make you feel at home. However, I felt the cleanliness could've been alot better. I noticed hair on the floors of the bedrooms/bathrooms and in shower/tub. The ice machine needs to be cleaned and a new filter. The door to the balcony is extremely hard to open and close. Maintenance was not very helpful when I checked in but security was extremely nice and was was able to open the balcony door but it was so heavy I had him to close it. Staff from the property informed me the next day that they're awaiting a part for the door. I really wished I knew that before booking. We were able to access the balcony but had to go in and out through the master bedroom door to balcony which was an inconvenience. Also I wish I would've known this unit was located near both elevators. We could hear the elevators all night & day. Location is nice with easy access to the beach, several restaurants and stores. Property has several pools and hot tubs. Overall I was really disappointed w/the cleanliness, being unable to access the balcony through the main door and the noise from the elevator. Another issue I had was housekeeping showing up earlier than our check out time. Luckily we had the chain on the door otherwise they would've been able to come in. Check out time is 10 and they tried entering around 9:15. Nice unit but for the cost I will not be back due to the issues mentioned above.

We loved our stay in 903C. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The beds and couches were in good shape and comfortable. We loved our view of the beach! Couldn't ask for easier check in and check out. Only suggestions would be to bring additional detergent and fabric softener. We would definitely stay again.
