Enjoy exquisite sunsets while looking at two pools, the beach, and World Heritage Site Los Arcos. This renovated luxury 2 bedroom condominium is a 12 minute ride from the Romantic District in Puerto Vallarta. You can listen to ocean waves from the master bedroom, and enjoy jungle mountain views as well! Snorkel right from the beach or enjoy two gorgeous pools right outside your door with ocean views. Prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen while looking at the ocean and gather at the 8 person kitchen table, or dine on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean. The living room features a smart tv, comfortable spacious furniture, ocean views, and high-speed internet. The master has stunning views of the ocean, and the guest room looks out on jungle greenery. Even the updated bathrooms have beautiful views! Take a nap on the patio that features comfortable outdoor furniture, a dining table, and grill. This condo is in a friendly community including the helpful reception staff. Taxis and Uber are always available right from the condo, as is a public bus that goes north to the town center, and south to small Mexican towns and additional beaches. Maid service and beach chairs are available at very reasonable prices. Summer is lush, perfect for those seeking heat at the beach; the exquisite weather the other nine months averages daytime highs in the 80s and evenings in the 60s. Whether enjoying the breeze throughout the condo, or staying cool using the extensive air conditioning and ceiling fans, you will feel comfortably connected to the outdoor environment.
