"The Salt Box" is a spacious 4-bedroom family home in the peaceful Florida Gardens neighbourhood. The Salt Box is a single level, secure beach-bungalow style home. When turning into the driveway, the 2 car undercover carport is close to the front door, making easy work of unpacking and manoeuvring children between car and home.

The Salt Box comprises 4 bedrooms, all with hotel grade linens - consisting of:

- Microwave
- Double fridge and freezer.

The kitchen is regularly restocked with a supply of tea, coffee, milk, olive oil, baking paper, aluminium foil, cling wrap and cooking spices for your convenience. The adjacent dining room seats 8 as does the alfresco timber dining area. There is also a cafe-style table and bench seats in the front garden to enjoy your morning tea / afternoon tipple.

For the kids:
There is a library / playroom set up within the office space including toys and many books, cot available on request, change table available on request, pram available on request, car seat available on request, child-sized cups / bowls / cutlery provided in kitchen.

Beach toys and additional beach towels available on request.

Laundry with top-loading washing machine, stocked with laundry powder and other household items.
