Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
· Turn all Thermostats to 10 degrees
· Drape used towels over the side of the bathtub
· Please do a top to bottom shutting off all electronics/lights please unplug nightlights
Using propane stove remote: turn down to 10degrees and shut off
· Lock all windows and doors. Front door please only lock the keypad lock (not the bottom door lock) Leave front porch light ON
Ensuring wood stove is totally burnt out - we recommend not starting a fire on checkout day.
· Take all garbage and recycle the containers in the parking lot. Upper Henry lots in summer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
. No gear to be hung up above any heat source including the wood stove.
No shoes/boots/ski boots worn inside the cabin.
No smoking or candles permitted on the property
No confetti or sparkles
No parties or events
No food attractants to be left outside

We are a young family teaching our kids to ski in the winter and enjoy hiking and nature in the summer.
Why they chose this property
The cabin is located in the Alpine Village at Mt Washington. It is on a circle lot which provides lot's of privacy and quite setting. Views of the resort, surrounding peaks and even the ocean can be seen from all areas of the cabin. It's one of the smaller cabins on the mountain which is nice to accommodate smaller groups while avoiding condo life. Located just a short walk from the lodge, the cabin offers year-round access: drive right up in summer and enjoy a scenic 150m walk in winter—with snowcat valet service available for your gear.
