Large two bedroom apartment in an ideal Port Arthur location. Secure and private. Located approximately a 5 minute drive to Lakehead University Campus, 7 minute drive to Regional Health Sciences Centre.

I recently updated everything in this suite with short-term renters in mind. It is well equipped with all the essentials for a stay of any length. I want this suite to feel like home - but without the stress and responsibilities! While this listing is new, I have over 10 years of experience as a landlord, property manager, and host.

There is over 1000 sq ft of bright, open concept living space. There are two bedrooms, both featuring queen beds. The large primary bedroom has an oversized window, a TV, and closet. Spacious open concept living room with a brand new 50" TV, a modern kitchen, and a dining area that seats 4. In suite laundry and access to fenced backyard. Includes one off street parking space.

My name is Melissa and I was born and raised in Thunder Bay. I attended Lakehead University and have been a property owner and landlord for over 10 years.

I have always enjoyed being a landlord and providing people with a nice place to stay. I decided I wanted to take that a step further by hosting travellers and helping Thunder Bay make a great impression on them! I have many years of customer service experience and I think it shows through the care I put into keeping a well stocked, comfortable, clean rental suite.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outside - whether that's hiking, biking, skateboarding, paddleboarding, or just relaxing and soaking up the sun. In the winter things get more intense - you can find me racing my 2003 Nissan Sentra out on the ice of Lake Superior with the Thunder Bay Autosport Club!

I love meeting new people and would be more than happy to provide any sort of recommendations for the area!

This location is very central in Port Arthur and is near many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. It is a 7 minute drive from the University and the Hospital. Approximately a 5 minute drive from downtown Port Arthur where you will find a lively restaurant and bar scene.

What makes this property unique

I tried to make this property feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, the bathroom has everything you would expect at home, and the spaces are bright and inviting.
