With 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bed in the rear sunroom with adjoining bathroom, this property can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to Wollongong University and the Illawarra Rhododendron & Rainforest Gardens, Greenslopes by Wollongong is ideal for guests who want to stay a short drive from the city and retreat at the end of the day.
A welcoming patio out the front, a fireplace in the main lounge outdoor dining and BBQ in the private back yard.
Located in a leafy quiet suburban street set on the escarpment with a short drive to the university of Wollongong and a 5 minute drive to Fairy Meadow Beach.
There is a separate games room with Play Station 5 and second TV to entertain the kids while the adults can relax in the lounge area or sit comfortably on the front Verandah lounges and relax.
Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms and the living area and games room and portable heaters available in addition to the wood fireplace.
Guests have access to Foxtel and Amazon prime but need to use their own login for other streaming services.
Guests have access to the entire house apart from the garage and some locked cupboards inside.
Pet dogs MAY be accepted upon application and approval only
