Perfect for families, couples, golfers, or business travellers, our home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

Greetings... I was born a BC girl, but have lived in Alberta most of my life. I have three grown young men whom I raised in Grande Prairie. After 28 years of living there and the boys leaving the nest, I decided I wanted to move closer to my folks, who are in the Edmonton area, and also to be closer to the international airports.
I love Sylvan Lake for its quiet winters and fun-filled summers, and the fact that it's between Edmonton and Calgary. I am really enjoying central Alberta, being closer to the Rocky Mountains, as I love to hike. I also love water and paddleboarding. Sylvan Lake is a very clean lake, which is another reason why I chose to call it home. I love that my home is situated between a lake and a golf course!
I am new to hosting and am truly excited to share my beautiful home. I hope my guests enjoy it as much as I do. It has been my sanctuary since I moved here in 2023.

Why they chose this property

I love my neighborhood as it is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. When I want to enjoy a busy little beach town, it is only a five-minute drive. We have nice walking trails nearby and a playground with a huge green space just down the street. My favourite part of my day is enjoying coffee on the front balcony, looking at the lake! I also like that it has easy access to the highway. I don't have to drive through town to travel anywhere.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because of the lake view out the front and the quiet field in the back. The yard is dry-scaped and thoughtfully planned out to be surrounded by trees, shrubbery, and some seasonal flowers.
My property also has the best water!! I have a whole-home water softener, great RO water in the fridge for ice and drinking, and alkaline water at the tap by the kitchen sink.
I love that I can open windows on the front and back to get a nice breeze through the home. I do not like air conditioning, so the fresh breeze is very welcome on warm summer nights.
I love that my home is cozy and inviting.
