Great layout for our 3 groups as we all had our own bedroom/ bathroom spaces. Good sized living areas to socialise- could have children playing a bit away from tv or quieter conversations. Excellent location as grassy outside area flowed into the reserve. Easy walking distance via the reserve into town.
