The space
One of just three residences in a boutique concrete building on Vancouver's iconic Beach Avenue. Architecturally distinctive and modern, the building stands apart from Sunset Beach's historic homes while placing guests at the centre of one of the city's most sought-after waterfront neighbourhoods.

Nearly 1,500 sq ft of refined interior space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a private elevator opening directly into the residence, European cabinetry, a chef's kitchen with Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, in-floor radiant heating, central air conditioning, and in-suite laundry.

Entertainment features include smart TVs and a whole-home Sonos audio system with speakers in every room of the residence and balcony, allowing guests to stream music and audio directly from their devices.

One secure underground parking stall with Level 2 EV charging is included.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire residence. Entry is via a private elevator that opens directly into the home, providing a secure and seamless arrival experience.

The stay includes exclusive use of the waterfront balcony and one designated underground parking stall with Level 2 EV charging. Maximum vehicle height is approximately 7 feet (2.1 metres). Visitor parking is not available within the building.

Located directly on Beach Avenue, the residence offers immediate access to Sunset Beach and the Seawall and is a short walk to the English Bay and Stanley Park. Guests are within close walking distance of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and many of Vancouver's most popular waterfront attractions.

There are no shared interior spaces within the residence.
