The Sea at Ocean Palms Retreat is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath 1st floor apartment located mid island in a tranquil neighborhood. Two blocks to the beach mid way between two beach access points. Hotel style linens and towels to complement our Sealy® Surrey Lane plush pillow top mattress.

Canal views from the windows and balconies. Manatee, dolphin and palm trees galore from your kitchen, dining, living room and balcony of your unit. Fully equipped kitchens with a Keurig Coffee Machine, additional seating for guests, Rain Shower heads and spa shower panels where equipped. High speed internet, WiFi, Alexa, streaming music and lookup features, 4k streaming smart TV, coded door locks and smart thermostat capabilities, Remote fan and light controls, Recessed lighting with dimmer controls add to the mood setting enjoyment of your stay.

Mid-Island white sugar sand beaches are the cleanest on the island. The shells in your unit were collected by us, locally on the beaches you will visit.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two. Fee is $20 per night per dog. Important to note: Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after & cannot be walked on anyone else's property.

Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit and only park in front of the building.

Great beach getaway

Great little beach place to lay my head when in between homes. Absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunset every day. Had a problem with the screen door and it was fixed almost immediately. Great service and great little place for the price.

Cozy, clean, convenient, cute

We live in Fort Myers and got this cute place to have a hub near the beach, it was awesome! Quiet neighborhood, 5' walk to beach, I missed the dishwasher and dryer for towels, but it was only one of us staying over, we didn't cook, just took food in and had a few drinks. We will be doing this again on the next family visit.

Quick Getaway

Overall the experience was great! The location was awesome and the unit is very cozy, however the couch (sleeper) needs to be replaced. You really can’t sit on the couch because it bows in so much, but other then that the managing company was excellent with communication and everything was clean and exactly as described!

nice but

Very nice place, close walking distance to beach. Not exactly as pictured, no privacy fence, no coffee pot, no living room chair, no hair dryer, no nightstands by the bed, I realize some of this is because of hurricane Ian. Also, refrigerator was very noisy. We stayed for 9 days just my husband and I, it was the right size for the two of us.

Would not recommend this property to anyone.

First off dirty for us. Second not enough towels or utensils but did get some when complained. The electric went out and we had hundreds of ants. The screened in patio was disgusting. No place to put our clothes. No dressers nothing. Ended up washing every other day. We should get a refund. Also left three days earlier. Never again.

Thank you for your response Rose. Please know that we have hosted hundreds of guests at this unit with very positive responses. We provided additional towels and utensils upon request. When the fuse blew with the electric, we had our maintenance out ASAP to reset the fuse. Our maintenance additionally brought ant traps and offered to call pest control out. You said you would rather wait and see. Additionally, our maintenance was out the next day to replace the GFI that you claimed to be bad. You certainly could have brought up any additional issues to our maintenance when we were on site. We feel your complaints are rooted in the fact that you brought a pet without notifying us and paying the pet fee. Therefore, we charged you the required pet fee to which you complained. We hope you enjoyed your stay.

ok for the price

This place was adequate and was away from all the activity which is what we wanted. The Publix was 1 mile from us and that was a plus. The unit itself was ok. It says renovated but the bed was very uncomfortable with a bad sag in the middle. Neither of us slept well on it. There was no place in the shower to put shampoo so things had to sit on the shower floor and also no hooks anywhere to hang a bathrobe or anything. the light switch to the bedroom was outside of the bedroom so it was inconvenient to have to get out of bed to turn out the light. This could be a nicer place to stay with some very basic things that aren't costly...like hooks, shelf on the shower wall, and definately a comfortable bed. It wasn't overly priced so that was a plus.

We are always available to help with any issue that you may have had. The light switch for the outside is next to the door as you walk in. It would be extremely hard to miss. The interior light switches are promptly displayed around the unit. We have never had a complaint about lighting through our hundreds of stays at this unit. The poor rating due to your knowledge of light switches is difficult to see. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay and will find other accommodations in the future. Thank you.

Pet friendly, walked to the beach. Neighbors in the area where very friendly.

Perfect for two adults. Very clean, plenty of towels and linen. Having coffee there (for two days) was a plus not having to rush out to get any. Could have used a small dresser since we were there for a week, so we utilized the bench in the closet area for our suitcases. Great shower!

This rental property was clean, beautiful modern beach theme decors. Wonderful kitchen view of canal inlet . We enjoyed Relaxing out on the screened in front porch . Bathroom/ shower amenities were lovely . My husband and I had a fantastic stay . Close to the public beach . Use of beach chairs awesome ! Appreciated the quiet time rules . The Sea at Ocean Palms Retreat - Estero Island

Our stay at The Sea at Ocean Palms Retreat was great! We had everything we needed there and it was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the screened in patio facing the marina to wake up to and have our coffee in. The beach was only about a 7 minute walk away and we were out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Myers so it felt very calm and relaxing. The owner of The Sea at Ocean Palms Retreat was very communicative and I felt like if I needed to ask a question or needed anything during my stay I could reach out and ask no problem. I would highly recommend staying here!
