Just a short stroll along the Field Street track leads you to Ocean Grove's patrolled main beach, while the renowned 13th Beach is only minutes away. Whether your ideal holiday includes swimming, surfing, beach walks, golfing, horse riding, paddleboarding or simply watching the changing colours of the sea, this location offers it all.

Ocean Grove's vibrant village is moments away, with excellent cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping and board hire readily available.

Note that Linen is not included - Linen can be hired at an additional cost of $440. Otherwise doonas and pillows are provided and you would need to bring all other linen. (towels, sheets, pillow cases, doona covers etc) Let the agency know if you wish to choose the hire option or not.



**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation. If you book through VRBO, the full amount will be taken the time of reservation.



Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
