Home Away Henley—Modern Beachside Hideaway
Step inside to a bright, open-plan space where comfort meets effortless flow. Sink into plush sofas and enjoy your favourite shows on the large TV, or slide open the bi-fold doors to extend the living area onto the covered patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The dining area centres around a six-seat table, perfectly positioned beneath expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. Overlooking it all, the contemporary kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring granite benchtops, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Outdoors, the private backyard invites you to slow down and enjoy the coastal air. Gather around the alfresco dining table for relaxed meals, or settle into the bar seating under the covered patio for a quiet coffee or evening drink as the day winds down.
Upstairs, a second living area on the landing provides a versatile space to unwind, read or simply take a break. The second bedroom features a king bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and access to a private balcony with outdoor seating; perfect for a peaceful start or finish to your day. The third bedroom includes two king single beds that can be arranged as a super king on request, along with built-in storage and a mirror. A generous family bathroom offers both a bath and a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet for added ease.
On the ground floor, the primary bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat, complete with a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a full ensuite. A separate powder room adds everyday convenience, while the full laundry—with washing machine, sink and outdoor access—makes longer stays easy and practical.
Central heating and cooling keep the home comfortable in every season, while parking for up to three vehicles, including a garage and driveway spaces, ensures convenience throughout your stay.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
