About this property

Welcome to our beach house! We hope you love it as much as we do. This single family, one story 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom home is located one street off the beach in a quiet neighborhood & near some wonderful restaurants, ice-cream shop, convenience store, drug store & more. Guests have access to the pool, shuffleboard, & the clubhouse. There is a washer/dryer located inside the villa along with beach chairs, beach tent, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, & 2 beach cruiser bikes. No need to rent a car when the Siesta Key Breeze Trolley will take you for FREE from Siesta Village to Turtle Beach! Pickup is right in front of our complex entrance.

Great condo in a great location.

The condo was perfect for our group of eight. Six adults and two children in our group. Communication was great from the beginning until the end. I would recommend this rental to anybody.

Siesta key getaway

Property was clean and the space was more than adequate for our needs! Proximity to beach and restaurants made it extra special, and price was reasonable. Would definitely rebook!
