The Cottage — Sleeps 6
Step inside and you'll find timber floors, natural light, and a fresh coastal-country style throughout.
- Master bedroom — King bed with an elegant black iron frame, William Morris–inspired linen, hanging and storage space
- Second bedroom — Queen bed calm, restful styling, hanging and storage space
- Third bedroom — Two single beds, views to grassed areas often frequented by kangaroos and birds; perfect for kids or friends travelling together.
- Modern bathroom — Spacious walk-in shower with grab rails and quality vanity
- Well-equipped laundry / mudroom — Front-loader washer/dryer combined, and a door opening straight out to the garden

The Kitchen & Dining
A bright, well-appointed kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and everything you need to cook a relaxed country meal. The timber dining table seats the whole group.

Important — Please Read Before Booking
A natural stream runs through the bottom of the property, behind the fence line that encloses the house and main yard. While the immediate house and games room yard is fenced to contain pets, the stream and pond water at wetter times of the year can be accessed by wandering beyond the fence. Parents and guardians of young children must be aware of this water feature and supervise accordingly at all times.

- An easy base for exploring the Bibbulmun Track, Valley of the Giants, and the wider Great Southern

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
No parties, events or Schoolies/Leaver's bookings
Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard) and 5-7 nights (peak periods).

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

FIREWOOD NOTICE: 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood is not supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. 
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.
