Why they chose this property

We love sharing Cass Bay, a very special coastal area in Canterbury. We are very close to the quirky village of Lyttelton with its famous Saturday market and we have coastal walking tracks across the road for you to access amazing walks and scenery.

What makes this property unique

We are sited on a rural site, with 2 highland cows named Georgie and Cracker. Call out to them they should come down. Mind the fence though as it is electrified. From your balcony you will see amazing sunsets and gorgeous sea views. In the mornings the birds you will hear are Korimako and occasionally a Tui.
