We’re a husband and wife with three beautiful girls, and Lakehouse Vineyard is a very special place for our family. We built this home with the intention of creating something that we would love to stay in ourselves, while also opening it up for others to enjoy.

We love beautiful spaces, great food, wine, travel, and spending quality time with family. Niagara-on-the-Lake has always felt like a special place to us, and we wanted to create a home where guests could slow down, enjoy the incredible surroundings, and make their own special memories.

Every detail of Lakehouse Vineyard was thoughtfully chosen, from the design and furnishings to the finishes and amenities. It was built for us, but ultimately, it was built for everyone to enjoy.

We hope you feel at home here and leave with wonderful memories of your time in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this location because it offers the best of what Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. You’re surrounded by beautiful vineyards and wineries, with Lake Ontario right outside your door, yet you’re only minutes from the charming restaurants, shops, and historic streets of Old Town.

There’s something incredibly peaceful about being here. You can spend the day exploring wineries and enjoying everything Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer, then come home to a quiet waterfront setting and unwind.

For us, the location was one of the biggest reasons we chose to build here. It gives you the feeling of a private getaway while keeping you close to the very best of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

What makes this property unique

Lakehouse Vineyard is a brand-new, thoughtfully designed waterfront home created from the ground up with comfort, quality, and beauty in mind.

Unlike a home that has simply been renovated, everything here is new, including the construction, furnishings, appliances, finishes, and amenities. We personally designed the space with the kind of details and comforts we would want for our own family.

The combination of Lake Ontario views, surrounding vineyards, a beautiful modern interior, and an incredible location makes this home truly special.

Most importantly, it was built with love. We built it for our family, and we’re excited to share it with yours. Whether you’re visiting for the wineries, a family getaway, a special celebration, or simply a peaceful escape, we hope Lakehouse Vineyard becomes a place you’ll want to return to.
