"Paradise Palms" Luxurious home on Lake Hamilton

This luxurious home is located on a large cove off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. Nearly all rooms have a view of the lake. The master suite features a deck overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub and large multi-head shower.

An entertainers dream; upgraded kitchen and game room leading out onto a fully-furnished deck with outdoor kitchen.
The large garden, lawn and pebbled beach area are amazing areas for kids to play. A landscaped fire pit with seating was recently added, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink while you watch the sun set over the lake and the flames dance.

The location is convenient to Hot Springs and shopping, the cove is quiet and has water all year, the beach area is unique and so useful, and the house was completely remodeled in the mid-2000's and again in 2020. The large dock, includes a covered patio, which is a great place to relax and watch your friends and family enjoy the special beach area.

The home has a recently completed addition above the garage which was finished out as an elegant apartment, including a platform bed, living area with couch, TV, kitchenette and an amazing bathroom with a free standing tub and walk-in shower.

Amazing weekend at this beautiful lakefront home! The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were fully equipped, the deck had a stunning view, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the pool table and the relaxing vibe. The host was fantastic, providing clear instructions and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Our only problem? We had to leave! Would definitely stay again.

This property had everything and more! It was extremely clean, incredibly stocked and had gorgeous views. It is apparent the hosts care about the home and the guest experience! The location is fantastic: close to Wal-Mart for groceries and in a beautiful cove. The slide on the dock and kayaks provided hours of fun for two families of 4. The hosts left basic staple items including fruit and eggs that were a pleasant surprise AND S’mores!! The bathrooms are updated and spotless with plenty of towels. The kitchen has nice, new appliances with any seasonings or utensils/serving pieces you could need. The outdoor grills and patio set up were amazing as well! A couple things to note: one of the king beds is in a back “apartment” so if you have small children in the main house it could be more challenging. In addition, the back apartment had a mild smoke odor if you are sensitive to smells. Overall, an unforgettable experience and a truly special place. We all talked about how we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for a four day weekend with our 3 sons and a few friends….the home was beautiful and had everything we needed! The owner arranged for a delivery of smores for the fire pit prior to our checkin for and also stocked the kitchen with eggs and milk, so thoughtful and appreciated…we grilled out one evening and really enjoyed the view, the sound system, and the swing. The biggest hit was the pool table. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly!…the sleeping arrangements worked out so well for all of us. The beds were so comfortable….i think the owners thought of so many details throughout the house from hand soap and q tips to warm blankets and board games….we would highly recommend this home and we would definitely come back when it’s warmer to enjoy swimming in the lake right out the backyard….

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family! It was well equipped with everything that we could ever dream of! We truly enjoyed and appreciated all the little gifts they left for us (milk, eggs, cookies, s’mores kit, chocolates, etc). This was by far the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. They were super responsive, they communicated with us daily even after we checked in and they were amazing all around! We will definitely be coming back!

Great property!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, not a lot of boat traffic, and the house was everything it was advertised to be. The kids loved the slide and the firepit was excellent with tons of shade.

The beds are very comfortable. The view is so pretty at night. The kitchen is stocked with everything and even left complementary eggs, milk, butter, fruit and goodies! This is by far the best VRBO i have stayed in.

Beautiful home w/1st class amenities

Beautiful home to accommodate two families of 4! The amenities were 1st class and abundant. Fantastic tiered patio w/plenty of seating, great doc for fishing, and a nice fire pit for roasting s’mores. Close enough to everything so that you can get out and about to do explore Hot Springs. This home was perfect for Spring Break and would be amazing for a summer vacation!

Awesome Home to Rent

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the pictures and Vernon was extremely quick to respond. Vernon had so many extras included when we checked in snacks, fruit, bacon, granola bars, coffee and so much more. We would definitely recommend this property and we would rent it again if we ever travel to Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. If you are looking for a relaxing stay that is on the lake but close to conveniences like grocery stores, this is a wonderful option. The house was so nice and clean and had every convenience you could ask for… wonderfully stocked kitchen, great internet, etc. The owner was amazing… over the top with quick responses and updates. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week here.

Best vacation ever!!

Our stay at this beautiful lake home was all we could ask for! House was large enough to accommodate my 89 year old Mom, 4 young grandchildren and 4 adults comfortably. The owners provided so many nice touches such as snacks and breakfast items to start out the vacation. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the boat dock, the water slide and the 2 kayaks. Loved feeding the geese and ducks that swam up every morning. We hope to make this an annual summer vacation! Thank you Smith family for providing such a special vacation spot for others to enjoy!

We have been privileged to raise our children in this amazing country and now get to enjoy weekends with our kids and grandkids making memories at this amazing property.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I purchased this property in 2019. It needed some work, but had amazing potential. We have spend the last 8 months renovating the property and have been able to spend an amazing summer at the home with our kids and grand kids. We are excited to share this beautiful home with our guests.

What makes this property unique

The home has is situated on a large, but quiet cove just off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. The front yard is large with plenty of room for kids to play. The property has a large pebbled private beach area where kids will spend hours swimming and playing. We have added a huge, fully furnished deck which is perfect for entertaining. There is a huge old oak tree in the front yard that shades the lawn from early afternoon making it the perfect place to spend your afternoon.
