Welcome to perfection! This ground floor seaside retreat offers beautiful ocean views and tons of natural sunlight in every room! Located directly on the shores of Amelia Island, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Amelia Surf and Racquet Club Villa features two private covered patios and has everything needed to relax and enjoy a beach getaway!

The peaceful colors used throughout invite visitors to begin to unwind while taking in the natural beauty of the shoreline all while relaxing in this comfortably furnished villa! The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel gliders and a flat screen smart TV. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the two separate private covered patios: one with Adirondack chairs, the other with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining or a fun card game!

The sunny kitchen is newly renovated with beautiful white cabinetry and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Full sized stacked washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the kitchen for added convenience. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and provides seating for four at the glass topped table.

The luxurious master suite is beautifully appointed in coastal hues and is complete with a gorgeous king bed, nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen smart TV and more magnificent ocean views! Imagine starting the day on the private patio with a cup of coffee and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach! The attached full bath features a combination bathtub/shower and lovely granite countertops.

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area and is complete with one queen bed and one twin bed, nightstands and matching dresser. Unique to this floor plan, this bedroom also features gorgeous ocean views with its own private covered patio. The second bathroom offers a combination bathtub/shower and granite countertops.

Aside from the close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has two beautiful pools, 4 Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts as well as an outdoor grilling and picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, taking a refreshing swim in the pool, taking advantage of the courts, or just enjoying the view from either of the patios this luxurious condo is the place for you!

The condo was great! It was first floor … just steps to the cross walk over the beach. I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and listening to the waves. It was our first trip to Amelia Island. We had a wonderful experience!

The property is as described. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. It’s just a short walk to the beach and pool. We were provided with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc…making our stay hassle free. We would love to stay there again!

Quiet oceanfront location

This oceanfront condo is a perfect location for a quiet Amelia Island stay. The condo is away from the downtown hustle bustle but close to restaurants, stores and golf (with tennis on-site) and an easy drive to downtown. The best part is the quiet beach out the front door.

This condo was very clean upon arrival, had a great starter pack of necessities and even had beach towels and beach gear for use. Property manager actually called to make sure everything was going good and asked could they do anything to make our stay better, wonderful customer service. We will be back, everything was perfect.
