Fully equipped new kitchen, satellite TV, radio, 3. Bedroom with box spring double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating, living room with fully equipped kitchen corner, flat-screen TV, radio / DVD. Extra bedroom with double bed in the basement of the house with private bathroom with shower / toilet. Large garden, patio furniture, free WiFi if available, bed linen, towels and table linen available and included. Child-friendly with high chair, crib, childproof sockets and good facilities! High season Saturday-Saturday

Right next to the cross-country ski run, 1.5 km from the ski lift in Reith bei Kitzbühel with an excellent children's ski school, 100 m from the bus stop, 5 km from the Fleckalm, where you can access the Hahnenkamm ski area Kitzbühel / Pass Thurn Fleckalm with free parking. The landlord's office is in the house, as well as a private flat at the first floor, but you will have your seperate entry door.

Skiholiday at Skida

We had a very pleasant stay at house Skida. It's a perfect house for 2 families, it has comfortabele rooms, modern bathrooms and a very cozy livingroom! The house is situated perfectly, naar restaurants, skiarea for beginners but also at close distantie to wonderful Kitzbühel. The owners of the house made us feel welcome and at home! We Will never forgot all their tips, help and.....Nice 'apfelstrudel'. We hope to be back one day!

Great multifamily get away

We booked the HausSkida for a multi family ski weekend with 5 kids and 5 adults. The house is made into 2 apartments with an extra bedroom and bathroom in the basement. The photos and hand drawn floor plan underestimate how big and comfortable this place really is. I thought we would be cramped, but it was plenty big. The adults and the kids had a great time. Patrizia, the host, was very easy to work with in the booking process and was flexible as we delivered our deposit. She helped us to learn about the ski schools, gave us maps of the area, pointed out where to get groceries, etc. She even made Apple Strudel! It is fairly convenient to Reith Kitzbuhel, and the other towns, but you definitely need a car. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay again.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns allen (11 Personen) hat es gut gefallen. Die Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto in ca 15 Minuten entfernt.

Wij hebben hier met het hele gezin (10personen) een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Eigenaresse zeer behulpzaam. Wij komen hier graag terug! Herliche urlaub mit 10 personen. Das haus is net, gross und super ausgestattet. ruhige lage mit schonen Block auf wilden Kaiser. Frau des hauses richtig gastfreundlich! Wir kommen gerne Zürich nach haus Skida!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!!!

Wir waren zu zweit in der größeren Ferienwohnung für drei Übernachtungen. Bereits der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr (!) freundlich und angenehm. Dieser Eindruck hat sich mit der Qualität der Wohnung und dem tollen Service dann bestätigt! Die Küche ist neu und vollständig ausgerüstet. Das Badezimmer ist auch neu - allerdings nur mit Dusche. Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war außergewöhnlich schön und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber, neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, daher hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Urlaub schon bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme

Wohlfühlgarantie von Anfang an! Wir haben (mit kleinen Kindern) erstmals "WinterUrlaub" statt "Unterkunft ist egal Hauptsache Skifahren" gemacht und waren vom ersten Moment alle glücklich :o) Patricia als Vermieterin ist ein Traum und es fehlt an nichts (Vorhänge die richtig verdunkeln, Geschirr auch für Gäste, Handtücher mehr als ausreichend, Spiele für die Kinder und die coolste Waschmaschine der Welt...) Frühstück mit Blick auf den Kaiser und Nachmittags Kaffee auf der Sonnenterrasse... Wir kommen sehr gerne und definitiv wieder!

A great Chalet

Dear Patrizia, thank you for a lovely stay in your chalet. We all really loved the peace and quiet of your little village. The skiing was great and very convenient to both Kitzbuhel and the Ski Welt. There were a lot more areas which we did not have time to explore but thank you for your lovely welcome and helping us with local information when we arrived. The strudl was great.

Spacious and high quality Chalet

We had a great vacation in Haus Skida. The house easily fits 10 persons with high standard accommodation. The arrival went smooth and the owner, who lives next door, were very flexible and provided excellent service during the stay. This is definitely at place that we would like to return to and to recommend to our friends.

Great house near Kitz

The house is really nice, great lounge room, very cosy, all super convenient, Patrizia the landlord super friendly, 5 mins by car to the gondola that takes you up the Kitzbuhel resort. We had a fabulous time.

Tolles Haus - Super Vermieter,,,!!

Wir waren zu Siebend und hatten beide Apartments für uns. Der Vorkontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, angenehm und professionell. Anzahlung, Brötchenbestellung selbst Einkaufsservice - perfekt! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, großzügig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Skibushaltestelle liegt ca. 100 Meter entfernt und ist leicht zu erreichen. Der Skibus fährt ca. 17 Min. zur Fleckalmbahn. Von dort ist sowohl Kirchberg, als auch Kitzbühel schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen - in unserem Notizbuch steht die Unterkunft fest für die Zukunft! Danke nochmal an das Vermieterehepaar und alles gute für Euch!! Peter

Comfortable, nice and convenient...

We have stayed here for the fourth year in a row, and every time it is a pleasure to be here. The house is in a great location, close enough to the slopes and Kitzbühel, but distant enough to be away from the turmoil of a busy mountain place. The house itself is great, especially if you rent it as a whole (which we have done as we travel with a group of up to 10 people). Its spacious living room with large dining area and the beautiful tiled stove which is part of one of the individual apartments adds that much more atmosphere to the mountain experience. The kitchen of this apartment is well equipped, allowing for any type of culinary adventure. The rooms are well decorated and spacious enough to feel like at home. All this is well finished by a great terrace with a fire place looking out into the surounding mountains, letting you really breath in the purity of this place! Patrizia is a great host, attending to any need you might need, be it fresh bred rolls for your breakfast or suggestions to any activities, restaurants, or day trips. Should you have any problem, she is there to fix it, and ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possibly imaginable. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, you can’t be wrong with staying at Patrizia’s!

Heerlijk verblijf in Haus Skida! met12 personen

Wij hebben met onze familie, 6 volwassenen en 6 kinderen, een heerlijke skivakantie gehad in Reith bei Kitzbühel. Het huis is comfortabel groot en heel erg geschikt om met meerdere families toch onder 1 dak vakantie te vieren. Mooie ruime en nette slaap- en badkamers, voldoende ruimte op met elkaar te eten en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het huis is ideaal vrij gelegen en in slechts vijf minuten loop je naar de bushalte richting het prachtige skigebied Kirchberg/Kitzbühel. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. 's Ochtends kun je verse broodjes laten bezorgen en we zijn door haar verwend met heerlijke zelfgemaakte warme Apfelstrudel! Een super ruime woning in een prachtige omgeving met een hartelijke gastvrouw.

great house with very friendly and helpfull owner

We rented Haus skida for one week with 2 families (6 children, 4 adults). Very pleasent stay. Living room is hugh. The Heather is great!. Enough bathrooms and toilets for this number of people. House is modern and very clean. The owner Patrizia is very helpfull and friendly. She suprised with tulips on the table and an delicious "apfelstrudel". Village of Reith is nearby and quit.

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Chalet, ideal auch für zwei Familien. Vermieter betreibt ein Büro im UG, das ist aber nicht störend. Herzliche Gastgeber, ruhige Lage, kurze Wege in die Skigebiete und nach Kitzbühl, Loipe vor dem Haus. Zimmer und Bäder topp renoviert, rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Skiurlaub Im Chalet Skida

Standort: am Ortsrand von Reith, in traumhafter Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und Hahnenkamm. Zum Skibuss ca. 100 m, die Langlauf- und Skatingloipe geht praktisch direkt an der Haustüre vorbei. Ausstattung: Sehr großzügiges Haus, ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Zustand ist zum Großteil mit einem Neubau vergleichbar, es ist sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Vermieter: Die Vermieter halten sich diskret im Hintergrund, stehen aber bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Sehr gut hat uns der angebotene Einkaufsservice und das Gespür der Vermieter für die Wünsche ihrer Gäste gefallen. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
