If you’re going to be visiting downtown Louisville, this is an awesome place! Great location, great outdoor patio overlooking the river! Close to Muhammad Ali museum, Louisville Slugger, Kentucky Center for the Arts, Yum Center and more.

This is a great property and we highly recommend it. It was a very convenient location which allowed us to walk up and down Main St. (Whiskey Row) without ever having to use our car. There is a very convenient garage for parking about a block away on the NW corner of Market and 7th which only charges 10 per day. The outdoor patio was amazing, and the view was great. 10/10. We would stay here again in a heartbeat (and we likely will). We highly recommend this property!

Awesome property with a great downtown location. The outside patio was nice and private and very large so we could enjoy our time outside there. Communication was very good to help us with the check-in process. If we go back to Louisville, this will definitely be number one on our list. We did have one rainy day, but the large TV. Let us enjoy a movie while we waited for the weather to pass. Very nice bathroom and shower facility. It was very cool to have the entire floor to ourselves.

The place was immaculate and super convenient to all of the great places in Louisville. The hosts were especially responsive when we thought we had an issue with our original room and they settled it within minutes. It was very private and comfortable. We would not hesitate to come back in the near future.

Perfect location on Whiskey Row, and perfect time of year to enjoy the patio, which was enormous. Well appointed, great kitchen, only opportunity for improvement was the overly firm bed, which is personal taste, and the exit sign, easily remedied with a sleeping mask. Highly recommended.

Incredible Studio and Location

We absolutely loved this beautiful studio with a spacious outdoor patio on the 5th floor. The location was right on West Main Street walking distance to Michter's and Peerless.

Louisville KY

This property was one of the coolest places I've stayed, been all around the world!! The location can't be beat! Only one challenge was the mattress. I would suggest they check it out themselves and consider an update. Would have been a five star review if not for this one and only challenge. We will be back next year again, I believe this is the highest compliment a "returning guest".
