This is our second time staying at the property and it is a beautiful property right on the beach in a shallow area that was perfect for the granddaughters. It is also teaming with life with multiple bait balls and fisherman catching all types of fish in the area. We didn’t bring as much stuff this time because the house truly has everything you need for the beach and for the pool. It was an incredible stay and we’ll plan to do it again next year. 10 of 10.

My friends and I really enjoyed the home. LOTS of no-see-ums (Ceratopogonidae) outdoors which is well beyond the homeowners ability to control. Lots of warnings on signs in the home to use OFF repellant and they are very very correct. Great view, great house, lots of fun stuff provided in the garage to enjoy the beach.

Amazing views from every room! The host of the property goes above & beyond with all the “extras” The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee / tea, creamers, spices, condiments…. There was an abundance of “extra” water equipment, shoes, beach towels, toys…. You name it and it was probably there for you to enjoy! Our arrival welcome basket included snacks, sunscreen, bug spray and a lovely welcome message ! We will be back for sure !! Great family home to create lasting memories

Incredible VRBO

The accommodations more than expected and it was a beautiful home. Just walking outside the door and going sea shell hunting was incredible. The grandchildren could not of been happier and slept like rocks in the evening.

Our family had a wonderful time, the beach house was amazing!Check in was easy and smooth. Al was in communication from the time of booking, to check in to make sure all our needs and questions were met.The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked.The amenities are amazing! My children and grandchildren had endless fun with the kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and fishing equipment that are provided. There is fun to be had on the beach and riverside.The views are spectacular! The beach is just a walk down the steps. We were staying there so my family could be together to have a Celebration of Life for my mom.Al was attentive to all our needs.We would definitely stay here again in the future.I would recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful space to gather with family and friends to make lasting memories.Thank you Al for our wonderful stay!

Me and my lady booked a getaway trip here for our birthday to relax and celebrate together. If this host is not the best host out there, I would love to see who is I am not exaggerating when I say they literally had everything you could ever need in this place right here. Everything was perfect. We decided we would love to come back with our kids next time and possibly make this an annual trip words can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay here thank you so much for this wonderful host. They even left us a gift basket and a gift card to a beautiful restaurant for our birthday. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you.

Wonderfully-setup beach house in a great location.

A portion of our family stayed in this beach home in June, 2024 for a family gathering/reunion, while the other portion of the family was across the street at Gardens at Bathtub Beach. The management company that oversees these properties is exceptional in every way; we have never been to a home with as much set up for the convenience and comfort of its guests. Bathtub Beach Retreat is a beautiful, very well laid out home, the location is extraordinary, and the views are spectacular. With access to the Indian River across the street, you can experience the best of so many different worlds through renting this home. If we are able to get a chance, we would definitely rent this home in this wonderful location through this amazing company again.

Amazing Beach Family Vacation

Bathtub Beach Retreat was an amazing vacation home. The house was extremely spacious for our large family. It was clean and included all the amenities we would need. I mean EVERYTHING! All that is needed is personal belongings and food. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, including a coffee bar and tea bar. Plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. High chair and playpen available for babies. A shelf full of games. The kids room has a video game console. The garage was stocked with all types of beach accessories: chairs, tents, boogie boards, life vests, snorkeling gear, water shoes etc. Then there is the location... WOW! The house is right on the sand. During high tide, it's on the water. The property manager Al Roberts, checked in periodically and was easily accessible. FIVE stars is not a high enough rating for this beach house. Looking forward to returning next year!
