Great property; first floor and super close to the pool and hot tub so we were spoiled.Great space for a family with the extra roll-away twins for the livingroom. We will be back. Just past town; but close enough to enjoy all of Moab.

If you are a family with younger kids this place is perfect. The air conditioning was a little loud in our particular unit. Close to main strip in town, not a far jog from lots of must sees!

There are hanging blinds for the patio door and four of them were missing so there was hardly any privacy on the first floor right next to the pool/patio area. One suggestion would be install ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms for air circulation along with the AC. Ice machine in the refrigerator needs to be replaced or serviced. Temperature of the Jacuzzi would be comparable to taking a lukewarm bath. The condo was clean, but it’s located at least 3 to 4 miles out of the main downtown area so plan accordingly.

Property was more spacious than anticipated for our family with 5 travelers. The teens especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The location was south of the main shops, about a 5 min drive, so quiet enough for the parents peace. Good location for driving to activities & National Parks.

The condo is large, with lots of room for families. It had a lovely kitchen and roomy bedrooms. 10/10 The condo is next to the pool, and we enjoyed the patio view.

It was a beautiful place that fit our large family of 7. Loved the fact the pool was right outside the sliding door. Were able to use bbq grill for Easter and had plenty of storage in kitchen for food. When we did have issues with upon arriving finding a sink pipe leaking ,it was quickly resolved. Thank you! It worked so well for us !

We had a great stay. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the host was very responsive when we needed a replacement pot for the coffee maker.
