Gorgeous one acre property on St. John's River (180 ft River frontage) with full river access and river views from the house, fully fenced îi yard, private boat house and boat lift and high speed internet. The property has 2 buildings (see pictures description). Main house: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second building(cabana) offers a high end cinema with an 85” TV screen, a queen bed, a gym, and a full bathroom. Sleeps 9
Enjoy your vacation strolling through St. Augustine Historic district, live music bars and restaurants, visit the multitude of attractions like St. Augustine Fountain of Youth, Fort Matanzas National Monument, Castillo de San Marcos, St Augustine Lighthouse, Bridge of Lions, The oldest school in the USA, St Augustine Pirate and treasure museum and many other attractions. A walking guide is available in the living room. At the house, you will enjoy the magic sunsets, one of the best fishing spots on St John's River , the fireplace, kayaking, the fire-pit or the oversized barbecue. In the yard you can watch flying squirrels, American eagles(nest documented close by) ,manatees, otters, turtles and many other wildlife.
Bring your boat , the boat house and boat lift can hold a boat up to 21ft.
4 newly furnished bedrooms fit comfortable 9 adults and children and are perfect for medium or large families.
4 flat screens with access to Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney + , Amazon, HBO Max and many other apps.
Everything you need as a kitchen appliance is available and new, plenty of coffee , decent brands of paper towels and TP , basic pantry items, a multitude of spices, dish and clothes detergent, toiletries.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is huge with a comfortable king bed. The cabana was nice. The whole property is just as described, fully stocked with supplies, clean, and very quiet. The property is about 15 miles out of St. Augustine. The closest restaurant we could find was Outback Crab Shack which was good but a little on the expensive side. I did not want to leave that beautiful view!!

We come to saint Augustine often. We think of this old town city as our second home. We usually stay on the matanzas river. So glad we found this place on the saints john’s river. The setting is very beautiful as well as the home. We like to fish and caught a bunch! Our dog appreciated the backyard for some frisbee fun. We took advantage of the outdoor pizza oven as well. I can’t say enough about this home. W enjoyed staying here that we decided to stay an additional night. We will definitely return!. Jerelynn & Rick Frankford

Beautiful place

Our stay was more than enjoyable! It's great to cook up dinner for the family after a long day of traveling and go fishing anytime. Gorgeous property with a big yard. Everything in the home was easily accessible, from towels to even beach and fishing supplies. I definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to get away and relax. I will be coming again!

The property is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The house was stocked with wonderful amenities to make our stay feel like home. The host, Tiana is truly amazing. This property is better than home because it’s as magical as the pictures portray it to be (actually better) and from the moment we passed through the gate we felt completely relaxed and comfortable! SO AMAZING AND PEACEFUL

Wonderful Anniversary/Christmas

We traveled from Seattle to St Augustine for our Anniversary and Christmas with our family. Loved the house and property! Perfect place to relax and a short distance to the lovely St. AUGUSTINE. Was Blessed to have Tiana have a decorated Christmas Tree next to fireplace up when we arrived! Made for a very special time for us. Best vrbo property we have stayed at so far :)

Peace and quiet

Great river home on St. John’s river. Beautiful view, large property with dock. Big yard , all very well kept with beautiful oak trees. House was great, very clean and very well stocked. Only suggestion would be to have more bath towels available. great open area and kitchen. The host Tiana is outstanding! Very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick, quiet and peaceful escape

Amazing Stay at the River

This is an amazing place right on the river with a beautiful boat dock! Tiana's home is completely remodeled, well thought out, and has everything you want for a great stay. The open space is great for gathering and we enjoyed all the added touches Tiana had for us for our time while we were there. She is truly a Premier Host!!! Thank you for everything, Tiana and we hope to be back at some point in the future!

Wow! 10 star property!

I just can’t say enough about our stay. The property was beautiful, I wish we would’ve stayed a month! The view is breathtaking, the property has everything you need and more. The host is probably the most hospitable host I have ever dealt with, even had a welcome basket at the time of our arrival and provided toys for my toddler to enjoy. I have 0 complaints about our stay other than it was too short. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much for having us.

A dream vacation

We met friends here (we were four adults and two toddlers) and had the most relaxing four days ever. Tiana was so responsive and kind, the dock and sunsets were sublime, and the house was very comfortable. I loved how remote and peaceful this home felt yet how close to the beach and St Augustine it's located. Wish we could stay longer. The only drawback is the river isn't made for swimming, unless you like gators. Glad we checked before going in!

A beautiful and comfortable home

This is a well maintained and cared for property. We were very comfortable, felt secure and loved the sunsets. It had everything we needed and more. Fishing off the dock was productive and the bass were huge. Lots of extras including a wagon to move things out the long dock to a large deck with Adirondack chairs. So close to St. Augustine and fabulous restaurants! Tiana was spot on with her communication. We will be back!

Amazing sunsets!

The property is beautiful! The views are gorgeous. Tiana leaving a gift basket was such a beautiful touch, more Vrbo listers should follow suit. We went up there to see the FrontRunner Boat facilities, where our boat is being built. It was a 15min drive there so it was perfect! Then we headed into old St Augustine which is also about a 15min drive and got to see the lights which was very beautiful. Being able to bring our fur babies with us made it that much more special! Thank you Tiana for opening up your home to us and our four-legged children!

Peaceful & Welcoming

Just what we needed. Far enough from the traffic and bustle of Saint Augustine, but close enough to go in for a day trip. Tiana's property is gorgeous. The house has been recently updated and the yard, firepit, and dock are very well maintained, providing the perfect framing for those magical sunsets on the St. Johns river. Very comfortable bedrooms and the couch on the lanai was perfect for reading during the storm that rolled in over the river. The bonus is that Tiana graciously allows 4 dogs, which usually limits our ability to travel. Our pooches enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Thank you so much!

Awesome--relaxing get-away!

We were looking for a place to have a quiet family get-together and found the perfect place! The host was very responsive and thoughtful--she thought of everything in advance and even left a birthday celebration gift! All amenities were included and of great quality. Everything was so clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The entire yard including the firepit, grill, and dock enhanced the relaxation with the most beautiful water views and sunsets. The host allowing the home to be shared with our pet was very generous and she may have had more fun than we did! We are very appreciative of all the little touches the host prepared and would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Tiana!

WONDERFUL!!!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! We had our whole family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers (17 and 13). The location was perfect!! Great access to beaches and dowtown St Augustine. It was a perfect home to come back to at the end of the day. Away from the hustle and bustle. The house sits on the river - the boys were busy the whole time using the kayaks or fishing. The views are MAGICAL!!!!!!!!!!! The owner is very responsive and so accomodating. The house is gorgeous - clean and well equipped. I would give this house a 10+++ star if I could. Cannot wait to come back!

Run don't walk, to make a reservation!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property for 25 days! We were nervous about making such a big commitment to a property sight unseen. But we relied on the reviewers and everyone was right! This place is truly magical. Not only is the property itself a little slice of heaven, the care and attention to detail inside the home is perfect! The property is clean and comfy and just has everything you could ever want. The communication with Tiana is excellent. Every time I messaged her, I had a response within 2 minutes! We cannot say enough good things about Magical Sunsets...and yes...the sunsets are truly magical! We will be back. We would like to come back in the cooler months where we can enjoy the fire pit! And we will bring our young adult sons with us next time. (Also, while at first it may seem like you are far from things, you are not! Everything you can want is within a 20-30 minute drive. But the drives are calm and beautiful and it doesn't feel like you are in the car that long. If you want to truly get away, this is your place! And don't miss going into St. Augustine. What a gem of history!
