We’ve put a lot of care into creating a comfortable, welcoming home and kindly ask guests to help us keep it that way for everyone who stays here.

• This is a family-friendly home. Please supervise children at all times.
• 1 dog permitted and must be under 50 pounds unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Please treat the home, furnishings, and décor with care. Unique and meaningful artwork is displayed throughout — we ask that items not be moved or handled.
• Furniture and decorations should remain in their original locations.
• Please do not unplug, adjust, or reconfigure electronics or Wi-Fi equipment. If technical assistance is required due to tampering, a technician service fee may apply.
• We appreciate dishes being started or loaded before departure — it helps our cleaning team prepare the home for the next guests.
• Any damage should be reported promptly so we can address it quickly and fairly.

PET POLICY

Pets are permitted and includes payment of any applicable pet fee. Approval applies only to the specific pet or pets disclosed and approved for the reservation. No additional or unauthorized pets are permitted. Only 1 pet (dogs only) are allowed and must not exceed 50lbs.

For any approved pet, Renter agrees that:

The pet must be house-trained and under the Renter's control.

The pet is not permitted on beds, bedding, or upholstered furniture.

The pet may not be left unattended loose inside the home.

If the pet is left at the Property without the Renter present, it must either be secured in an appropriate kennel/crate inside the home or kept in the detached climate-controlled game room, provided the pet can be safely left there without causing damage.

The detached game room may be used for an approved pet under these circumstances; however, the game room is not a sleeping or habitable area for guests.

All pet waste must be promptly picked up and properly disposed of.

Pets must be reasonably clean and free of fleas and ticks.

The Property's towels, linens, showers, and bathtubs may not be used to clean or bathe pets.

Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or other disturbances are not permitted.

Any applicable pet fee covers the routine additional cleaning associated with accommodating an approved pet. The pet fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning caused by the pet.

Renter remains responsible for pet-related damage, stains, odors, excessive pet hair, pest treatment, additional cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged items.

Renter assumes responsibility for the approved pet and for injury or property damage caused by the pet to people, animals, the Property, furnishings, yard, or other property.

Nothing in this Pet Policy is intended to restrict rights relating to service animals or other animals protected by applicable law. Requirements or fees that may not lawfully be applied to such an animal will not apply.
