House for 4-5 persons: approx. 80 m2 on two floors. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining/living area and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Furthermore, there is an impressive fireplace, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. The first floor offers air conditioning on the corridor, a twin and a double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the house is a covered terrace with fireplace and an outdoor summer kitchen – the perfect place to enjoy delicious barbecues.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes, romantisches Ferienhaus inmitten der Natur. Abseits von Trubel und Tourismus. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen. Dennoch alles schnell erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, gut ausgestattet und absolut dem Profil entsprechend. Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Zeit!

Ländliches Idyll

Nette, sehr ruhig gelegene, einfache Unterkunft mit sehr zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Schöne Badebuchten innerhalb von 20-30 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Ort Labin hat eher wenig zu bieten.

Traumhafte Ruhe-Oase

Das Haus und Grundstück ist fur einen ruhigen Urlaub perfekt! Wir waren hier mit 3 Erwachsenen + Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, fand auch unser Hund der sich hier bei der Weitläufigkeit austoben konnte. Die Vermieterin Lorena war super nett und zuvor kommend. Wir haben viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub erhalten inkl. kleinem Willkommens-Geschenk! Das Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, so dass wir immer mit Auto unterwegs waren, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da man durch die Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt wurde! Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und ist definitiv ein Ort wo ich wieder hinfahren würde!

Super schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in diesem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Sauberkeit ebenso. Wir können es nur empfehlen!!!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben tatsächlich SEHR RUHIG gelegen. Für uns war es genau das was wir wollten. Von der Terrasse/dem Garten hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war auf dem Nebengelände eine Schafherde auf der Weide, die man natürlich blöken hört, was wir persönlich jeoch eher als entspannend und nicht als störend empfunden haben. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage schon sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr netten Gastgeber, die uns persönlich begrüßt haben und eine Flasche selbstgemachten Wein geschenkt haben und zum Abschied gab es neben lieben Grüßen noch einen selbstgemachten Likör. Auch konnten wir bei Fragen jederzeit direkt mit den Gastgebern Kontakt aufnehmen.
