Location very convenient for visit to nearby restaurants & the interstates. Listing should include steps from entry steps to upper bedroom & bath. Communication from host excellent. Balcony nice to view sunrise & lakeview. Location convenient to pool but closed during our fall stay. Gated community great for safety.

We visited with two teens and had a great stay! Rented a slip at the marina next door, which made it so convenient. Kids loved playing in the pool in the evenings, too.

Lovely views of the lake from the condo! We enjoyed the Waterside Marina community. There are stairs to get into the unit and up to the master bedroom. It was not a problem for us, but may be important for some. Kitchen had most of the cookware tools we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

The view was amazing. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the property because we were visiting family in the area and celebrated a high school graduation. We did walk the song bird trail which was conveniently across the street from the Clinch River Brewery. We did some antiquing in Clinton and visited the Appalachian Arts Craft Center. There is no shortage of activities in the area. The pool although we did not use it was lovely and clean. The Condo was clean , well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace watching fish jump, boat launches and a variety of birds. It is a peaceful spot.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the home.We are foodies so we will bring a knife sharpener and some pans next time. We stayed in the off season but had a wonderful stay. Secured, well lite and plenty of places for long walks. Host was response and answered all our questions.
