Absolutely gorgeous, modern, spacious, brand new built for 22+ guests. Great for family reunion, church/company retreat, school or weekend trip. Almost 3,500 SF with the 1st level has 3 bed & 2 bath and nice seating areas w/ 2 TVs , large dining table, a bar and gaming area. The 2nd levels has 4 bed+retreat rm w/sofa bed & 3 bath furnished with 3 TVs, large dining room & huge kitchen w/ high end appliances. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the upstairs balcony seating. BBQ grill and outdoor furniture
