Ideally located 50 m from the beaches of Porsguen, our semi-detached house has a private garden, a relaxation area, 2 TVs, a sauna infra rouge.La house is very comfortable and bright, very pleasant with all the comforts.

The accommodation
After 6 years of renting. We can rejoice, 100% of the guests were very happy with their weeks.
We received Germans, Dutch, English, French, Spanish.All very satisfied. They appreciated the basement furnished loft atmosphere and the possibility of having two living rooms. The proximity to the beach and the many visits and discovery of our region.
The children are delighted. We have taken care to bring a neat decoration.

Guests have access to all accommodation, garden and parking.

There is a very popular restaurant 50m from the rental. Often a victim of its own success, there is only a little room left. I advise you to book in advance or as soon as you arrive at the rental.
A few bikes available for rent, if you wish, ask me.
I provide baby equipment on request.
You can book your groceries at the Intermarché on the Drive and pick them up when you arrive.
