One of Pensacola"s original Mavy Point cottages. Completely renovated. Fully fenced in huge yard safe for kids and pets. Fully furnished and includes utilities. Sleeps two single adults or couple and child. We allow most pets. Call us before booking. This cottage is very cute and very retro with a great central air and heat system. house is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between tenants. very upbeat cozy home. 2 bedrooms, one bath. Small but usable laundry room on premises. Large kitchen. Renovated 2 yrs ago

This house is one of the origianal Post war cottages built in the area. It has been lovingly updated but still retains its origional post war charm.

What makes this property unique

Our home is one of the designed for well nehaved pets and vomes with xl dog kennel and privacy fenced yard . Privated secluded geel but right by navy base. Halfway between downtown and the beaches but affordable welcoming home.
