My 3BR/2.5BA townhouse has the best location in Shipyard Plantation! Sonesta Resort, Van de Meer Racquet Club, Shipyard Golf Club & Beach Club are less than 5 minutes from our condo. Coligny Plaza is a 5 minute bike ride & you are only 2 blocks from the beach through our private gate. We are located mid-island, so close to Harbor Town, Shelter Cove marina & an abundance of restaurants. Within steps of the condo is a brand new grilling area & covered pavilion- perfect for family get togethers. Or enjoy morning coffee or happy hour on the screened in porch that overlooks the lagoon. When you arrive, you will have a starter kit of soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher & clothes detergent (there's a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer). The master suite is on the main floor & two bedrooms & a full bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for 8 guests. All linens & towels are provided. Please note this is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY rental.

A true gem in Hilton Head

Location location location… Tucktaway inside shipyard but oh so close to the beach… Two pools , Tennis courts, your own little oasis… The place itself was perfect… Love the floor plan with master down and two bedrooms upstairs… The screened in porch was nice to have dinners at. We will definitely be staying hereAgain I am would recommend to anyone this is the place you need to stay!

Hilton Head Island Get-Away

My husband and I really enjoyed this rental. It was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the lagoon from the master bedroom, living room and screened porch. Totally relaxing! Our guests were happy with their accommodations and had total privacy upstairs. Overall, we would visit this area again and rent from Lynn, if possible.

We enjoyed this unit. It was quiet and the view of the lagoon was surreal. The unit had all kinds of storage space for food and our clothes. The beach is only two blocks away. We walked or rode our bikes. Enjoyed our two weeks

Beautiful area to vacation

The grounds are beautiful with 2 big lagoons to see wildwilfe. The home we stayed in was well stocked with supplies, very clean and comfortable. Hopefully we can stay again!!

Fantastic quiet location

The property was nice, but seemed as though it had not had a thorough cleaning in a while. Nothing too serious, but just a general feeling. Absolutely loved the location! Screened in porch was delightful. Distance to pools from this unit can’t be beat. Bed in master was a little rough. We replaced quite few lightbulbs. However, they were on the premises so it didn’t cost us anything. Biggest con? Finding the rental management location and having to deal with actual keys vs. key pads. Difficult when you have 3 groups and 2 keys.

Great Location, Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Brigantine Quarters! The condo was clean, well equipped, and close to everything. The beach was a 5 minute walk or bike ride away. We live in North Carolina & discovered Hilton Head Island 30 years ago. We bought our first condo at Brigantine Quarters in 2008 and have loved it so much that we just expanded and bought a 3BR also! Our whole family, including kids and grand kids, enjoy being away from the crowds, yet close to the beach & it's so serene and beautiful!

Beautiful, family oriented, quiet and close to beach.

What makes this property unique

There are 2 pools (one very new heated as needed through October), tennis & pickle ball, grilling areas & a playground on site as well as access to miles of bike trails. Our "million dollar gate" to the beach & Coligny makes Brigantine Quarters the best places to be in Shipyard. We are located mid-island so only a short drive to Harbor Town & Shelter Cove. No other resort has the tranquil beauty along with convenience to get anywhere on the island.
