Great property - loved the location

Very nice property just a few blocks from downtown Sylva. Walkable to Main Street. Nicely appointed and lots of available parking. Definitely will stay at this property again.

The house was so cute and perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean, the layout was great, and overall was just very comfortable. The location was great and the parking area was huge. We would definitely stay there again!

Communication with management company host was very easy and always got a quick response. Any concerns / issues we had were quickly addressed - we had a great stay and will be back again soon!Location is perfect for walking to the many restaurants and bars in downtown Sylva!

Great location and property! Our go to for our Sylva trips. Location is perfect for walking downtown. Everything is perfect except you need to bring your own hand soap, Kleenex, etc.

Perfect Location

Very walkable to downtown Sylva and excellent food and drinks. The house is well laid out and homey. Also about 30 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park for a day of hiking.

Great spot!

We all enjoyed our stay and the location was great. We walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants, the playground and the old Jackson County courthouse (to walk all 105 steps!). We even strolled through the local Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and enjoyed that as well. Home is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it!

cute, cozy and convenient

This a cute and charming home very conveniently located JUST outside of the downtown area. Walk a block or two and you are on the main shopping/dining street, yet the house feels very separate from all that. It is well-stocked, has a roomy feel for a smallish place, ample parking, and just a comfortable, homey place to spend a few days. The blackout curtains and plenty of full-length mirrors were much appreciated! I would recommend this to others, and would stay here again.
