Free pool and hot tub heat. No extra charge, ever. Most houses near Disney charge $30 a night for it.

Our 3-bedroom pool home sits on a quiet pond in the Rolling Hills Estate subdivision, 10 to 15 minutes from the Disney parks and 5 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter. Sleeps 9 across 3 bedrooms plus two pull-out sofas. Discounts on stays of 7 nights or longer, and our prices include all fees. No hidden charges.

POOL AND OUTDOOR
Screened-in lanai with a private pool and hot tub, both heated at no extra cost. Large green yard, pond views, and a color-changing fountain that lights up at night. Pool alarms on all sliding doors for child safety.

GAME AND CINEMA ROOM
Pool table, PS4, and a big-screen movie setup with complimentary popcorn. The room the kids disappear into after a long park day.

BEDROOMS
Primary suite with a king bed and sliding-door access to the pool and spa. Second bedroom with two double beds and a single. Third bedroom with a queen. Every bedroom has new bedding and a flat-screen with Disney+ and Hulu Live. Front sitting room has a queen pull-out and the living room has a full pull-out.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Fully stocked kitchen ready for a snack or a full meal. Bar seating for 4, kitchen table for 6, dining table for 8, plus poolside dining with pond views.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms with plush towels, a soaking garden tub, and a walk-in shower.

RECENTLY UPDATED
Brand-new A/C and new flooring in 2025. Fast WiFi throughout.

GOOD TO KNOW
The lead guest signs our rental agreement before access codes are released. Minimum age to rent is 25. We live out of state, so the house is entirely yours, and we answer messages within the hour.

A lovely villa

This is a lovely villa, really clean and everything provided. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, sofas comfortable too and good poolside seating. Josh and Jess are quick to reapond to any queries and are a pleasure to deal with. We’d recommend this villa and hope to stay here again :-)

Property was clean and just liked described. Shower pressure in the master bath was a bit low, but no other complaints. Communication with the owner was easy…even when we arrived a 1/2 hour early and we’re able to check in on the spot.

A Perfect Spot

This property was perfect for our family! So centrally located, maximum space and very clean. Our family enjoyed the pool, the gaming system, all the smart televisions in almost every room, as well as the pool table. Furthermore, the home was perfectly stocked with kitchen items as well as all the towels our family of 8 needed. Kudos to the owners and the property management team. We have additionally passed this location on to our friends for their consideration. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Great property!

We loved the house - everything was just as described. It was a uper clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We went to Universal Studios and it was so nice to not all be crammed in a hotel room. The pool and hot tub were so nice after walking all day! I really appreciated that there were plenty of towels and toilet paper and also having Smart TVs was so nice. You really thought of everything! The neighborhood is really cute and just a couple of minutes from restaurants and shopping. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic - thanks so much for sharing your home with our family!
